I agree with Josh, the best people I have worked with and continue to work with are at HTQ. No lead company is perfect, HTQ gets their share of clunkers too, but it is how they handle those that makes a difference. Most reasonable group I have ever worked with. And by reasonable, I mean I really have to think back to the last time they p issed me off over something. There are vendors I will never go back to because they are so hard to deal with over bad leads, it's not worth the time or frustration.

This is a frustrating business, find people to work with that don't increase your levels of frustration. You'll last longer that way. cheers.
