You thought having your CA insurance license # on your emails in the right spot was the problem... get this:

You now need to learn how to commit insurance fraud! Okay, it's about detecting fraud.

I look at it like sexual harassment courses - they never teach you how to do it right.

If your California license is up for renewal soon, this is still required CE. You can take the CE course at this link for free until your favorite CE provider creates their own course:

Interesting. Our insurance commissioner Ricardo Lara is requiring us to complete more fraud CE. Hmmmm.

"Lara accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars from insurance companies despite a pledge not to do so, and socialized with industry leaders as they had cases pending before his office, multiple media outlets have reported."

Hmmmm

Just to share that I took the course yesterday and my CE has already been updated as of today and I have my certificate (no need to email it since it has already been reported and recorded electronically).

If other agents want to get this done, it *may* take longer as demand increases, but it was easy to do via Sandi Kruise.
