Can I Have 2 Medicaid Insurances?

Hello

I have trouble finding coverage for my insurance that I have UnitedHealthCare Community Plan. Since I dont pay for it, can I get a second insurance to help support what UnitedHealthcare lacks? I am looking for physicians for Autism Spectrum Disorder and am having trouble finding physicians that accept the insurance. I have to rely on centers which take way too long for an apppointment
