Hi there,
I know it's been touched before, but please oblige me.
A client was enrolled for ACA in 2017 with an income at 100%, comes 2018 and he's automatically re-enrolled for 2018 without any action on his part (Marketplace did not ask for any documents) and has received his credits for 7 months now in 2018.
The problem is that his income is way below in 2018 so he actually never would have qualified. What happens in 2019 when filing taxes?
Thanks.
