Commission Reconciliations

Curious to see how folks are reconciling Commissions from Carrier Statements ? What about Supplemental Payments for hitting targets ? How are you providing transparency to your non principal agents .. and holding the Carrier accountable to their commission rate ? We are using Excel Spreadsheets.. hoping folks have a more elegant solution.

7 Months after you question and I believe that you have your answer - many are not doing [or at least willing to discuss] Commission reconciliations.

I think there is a market out there for a super sleak tool to assist with this though.
