I really believe I would have been on Cigna's trip if they had been prepared to handle the amount of business during AEP.
They fell down and dropped the ball. I had to pivot to the #2 and #3 choices.
The good thing that came out of all the bitching was the $50 guarantee now.

Yeah, it was a struggle during AEP. We had cs reps get the uw on the phone so our agents didn't have to sit on hold for an hour every time. I am sure we will get to meet at some point. Hawaii with moo would be a great spot.
