CT Coastal Property

Hey Folks, looking for someone to help me place a coastal residence in CT near the beach. Under 2500 feet, in fact so close you can see the sand, around 700k in value. I can do the flood but need the underlying coverage. Any help would be appreciated. I'm CT non-resident licensed already if that helps work it out. I tried a few agents in the area who asked me to give it to them to be a wonderful humanitarian. Thanks!

No policy yet, I was looking for a market and I finally found it last night. Up to 1.5 million dollars in value.
