Dental dual coverage

I have a client taking out a stand alone Cigna dental plan but in addition has UHC MA plan with just the basic dental and little comprehensive (Not Dual eligible). Anyone know who pays first on this?

Does it matter? The Cigna is an indemnity policy and the MA is probably reimbursable. Let the dentist bill Cigna and you send the bill to UHC, they'll reimburse you and you can pay the balance of the bill, and keep the difference, if any.

Look for Co-ordination of Benefits clauses in each policy.
