My point was that Alzheimer's is also referred to as Type 3 diabetes. I know that if they have Alzheimer's, they're going to go GI, and no need to ask the health questions. For the sake of discussion, would the insurance companies consider Alzheimer's as diabetes?

Edit: I was on the phone with Sentinel UWing and asked that question. For the sake of discussion...they wouldn't consider Alzheimer's to be diabetes. She'd never heard that before and Googled it while we were talking and she was amazed to know about Type 3.

Ok, I've never heard of Alzheimer's referred to as that either.
