We fax to their local SS office. We've established a list of the faxes over the years.

When they get their first bill they can set it up on auto draft. I've not noticed the ability to do so online when applying. May be missing something.

I didn't see that either. The app for draft is pretty archaic, and I still don't know, have to call, if they are required to take the app and have the bank sign it. That's not completely off, as some pension administrators require a bank sign off on autodraft forms. I guess a layer of prevention, I could see for depositing income, but for paying the bill?
