Hello, I live in Central Ohio and have a wife and 3 kids. If we go on a central Ohio plan with subsidies, the covered hospitals do not extend to Cleveland area. At some point in the coming years I will need a $200,000 surgery and Cleveland clinic is by far my preferred hospital for this. It will most likely be elective giving me time to prepare. Would it be possible for me to move to Cleveland (I’ll gladly live there for however long I need to ) so that I can qualify for the Oscar Cleveland clinic ACA plan with subsidies and my wife and kids stay in central Ohio on there plan with subsidies? Thank you
