Client moved out of MA service area which gives GI for a supp. But client already joined another drug plan so letter from the MA carrier said their plan was termed due to joining another plan. How do you prove to the supp carrier that the client has GI rights due to the move? Any companies that don't require proof?

The letter from the MA carrier showing term date is your proof. All the companies we deal with require it, not sure if there's one out there but with that letter it doesn't matter.

Sometimes the new carrier can check with Medicare and see they are no longer enrolled. Had one carrier say they did not need to letter.
