Anyone dealing with them ? Thinking about adding them to the agency and would like to hear the good, the bad, whatever

I contacted them last week in regards to a possible appointment and I still have not heard anything back from them. Keep us posted.

They have a good reputation but I personally have not had any experience with them.

Hopefully someone will jump on here that has used them.

We don't have them in the agency but I have competed against them in commercial lines. While not an E & S company, they are able to tackle some of the tougher classes some of the standard companies back off of. I don't think they are that competitive on typical business because I don't run into them that much.
