Group long term disability

I have to make a proposal on a bid for and employer of 2600 employees in south florida for a group long term disability insurance. I know met life, Hartford, cigna, standford do they already placed a bid but they are looking for others and I don't know who else. I tried with united health and what they did was take it from me saying they are placing the bid themselves can you believe I am furios that makes me more angry that now I must have this bid.

UNUM is/was big in group LTD the last I checked
