It's also non-commissionable for new enrollees in 2023. Renewals still pay however. Can you still work with that?

People get a Tier 2 drug and don't like paying full price? No matter how much we may say about the deductible, even on the plans with $0 on Tier 1 & 2, then they get a Tier 3 and call because they thought they had a plan with $0 deductible.
Any other complaints?

Nope! And all of mine on this plan are on zero drugs or the $4 list. But the calls are on generics, so they are pissy
