Just received this from Hc.Gov. I suggest we all respond in unison when it gets to the "6. What issues did you face or what questions did you have when filling out your application or looking for plans?" question.

I didn't get one. Was this a broker survey, or client survey?

I got one--it landed in my "junk" folder. How appropriate !

When they polled the navigators and application counselors on C-span last year they said that they were sorry that they could not include the agents and brokers in the survey because there was not the technology available to do so. Ever heard of secure Jotform or Survey Monkey. Sad:(
