No Cape. Just a jetpak. yes a producer. Life, home, auto, commercial and umbrella. Still learning the ropes. It’s a steep curve.

That's a lot to learn at once. Likely too much.
It is a steep curve, especially commercial. Also the most profitable in the long term.

Hang in there, it's a TON to learn. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, and don't be too hard on yourself if you struggle with it. We all do.
One thing I like about the insurance industry is that people in the industry are willing to be vulnerable and share their struggles. It wasn't like that at all when I was in the tech industry. In tech, everyone acts like they're the pinnacle of human knowledge.
