Very limited agent service. Days on hold, days to return emails.
Faxed in a client, messed up zip code, fixed and refaxed the next morning when my assistant caught it.
They issued both applications and drafted 2x the $571 premium.
The problem is we have several cases that didn't show up at all, again reference the inability to actually talk to anyone.
Refaxed and emailed some applications again... now we're in fear that each one of those resubmits will be a separate issued case and draft the client's account. Ugh!!!
I feel sick.
