Hireyourtelemarketer.com has a yearly fee of $99/year and they do not appear to be charging a percentage of the worker's earnings.

Odesk does not charge an annual fee to join but they do charge a percentage of the worker's pay.

With Odesk you can view reviews of different telemarketers by others who have hired them ahead of time plus you can post your own employment ad. No charge for anything until you pay the worker.

With Hireyourtelemarketer.com you would not be able to see their list of telemarketers until you pay and their list could be very limited. I would suspect that Odesk who has been around for awhile would probably have more telemarketers available.

1) You can pay every twelve months, or
2) You can pay annually, or
3) You can pay once a year.
