Oh...i see. You are referring to Lead Biz Sellers. Yes...i think you are right. Who knows how many times leads are sold.

Actually, I was referring to something else. It was a poster ( new one) touting Parasailing leads.

Leads being resold to several different agents in as old as the hills. That's the problem with internet leads. Here's what happens:

1. Joe Consumer enters his info on a site.
2. Joe gets 19 calls from agents.
3. Joe is upset and forgets the purchase.

Leads must be telemarketed and exclusive. But therein lies another problem--you have to make sure the leads you're getting aren't crap, because they were obtained via an $8/hour employee who only cares about hourly wage and commission. They will rush through the call and make a slipshod effort simply to accomplish the end result.

Hi friends,

I was told that internet leads are sold repeatedly by Each Vendor. APPARENTLY this is the only way the lead Vendors can make money on a PPC basis.

So truly, how many times are Leads Sold?

Do they even somehow attempt to weed out leads who have purchased a policy or do these people continually get calls?
