Huge UHC Chargeback Concern

I had a problem with Care Improvement plus policies, the change over caused some crazy stuff. Ill get a charge back for every month going back yrs, then I call up and they explain I cant see the new credits when it was put back in properly. Number always seem tobwork out though. I just pray sometimes.

Sorry for the delay. I originally posted that when I looked at my proposed renewal commissions for the month that I had been debited for a chargeback of $1190.
Lo and behold-thank goodness-I called the agents line for UHC. I was told that -while it appeared initially that I'd gotten the chargeback of $1190 that I was
also being credited back debit for the "phantom" chargeback . Long story short-
I received the renewal I expected to receive.

Last October, I was debited for a $930 chargeback-which I contested through the phd. Phd said that while the ONE client I was debited for was still on the books-that that client was showing another AOR even though I was the original agent. UHC went back to 2009 to reverse all the renewals I'd received through Sept 2016. I'm just glad UHC caught this last error.
