I like that.....I printed a copy to carry with me. If someone's hesitant, as a last resort I'll have them read it.

Larry: Thanks for bringing that to my attention.. Years ago I used to put a copy of it with every policy I delivered to remind people why they bought the policy hwever they got the policy out to review it. Thinks I will print this out on some 28# paper with a nice border and start doing that again.
