Honestly, that kind of contraption never occurred to me.

I can think of a number of ways this thread could deteriorate and go off the rails but I will resist the urge and move on.

I know Mom is proud of me for doing this.
Years ago I was a salesman for a grocery broker. Most of the HBA sections were ran by older women. I hated it when we started selling vaginal suppositories and I had to show the HBA managers how to insert them . :confused:
 
Wellcare dropping Symbicort from their formularies is an issue. Not on smartsaver either. Had to use the high end Humana plan a few times. No generic to make a difference.
 
Wegovy, ozempic, Mounjaro

Wegovy not covered by Medicare since it is used for weight loss.

Mounjaro and Ozempic not covered unless the pt is type II as prescribed by their doc. Both showing as tier 5 or 6 depending on the plan. Neither would qualify for a $35 copay since they are not insulin.

Basaglar is tier 3, $35 copay.
