I'm stealing maple_whiskey's idea! Can I get this guy a term life insurance policy?

I've got a guy that has to get a life insurance policy for a bank loan, Met life told him it would be about 24k per year for 500k policy for 10 years.

age 68

5'10 168 lbs

stroke and diabetes dx in 2016

on 3 different medications all related to diabetes

Every carrier that I'm with won't touch this guy.

He should take the Met Life offer. Based on age, health conditions & meds, there is a very high probability of claim in those 10 years. Meaning, very high probability of Met Life paying $540k (including commissions & underwriting costs) and only collecting between 25k & 250k. Completely healthy male age 68 only has 15 year life expectancy
