We are looking to to use it for agent training. Have you done that and does it work? For your webinars, do you have them available to the public or do people have to login to receive them?

It's a great tool for agents training. Depending on how many will be on the webinar, I use Web Conferencing | GoToMeeting however I'm on the old pricing plan.
You can make them open or private registration. For training your agent I'd make them private.
