I have an individual in NH who will be going away on a mission trip with his church for one year. Is anyone familiar with domestic individual policies which do cover overseas travel and for how long? Or does anyone know of a policy which could apply to this unique scenario?

Tell him to contact the mission trip organizer. World Vision and others offer the coverage for their missionaries and dependents.
