Got a swag-bag from RitterIM.com delivered this morning, the day before their 2020 Virtual Summit.
Great idea to grab an agent's attention. Included was a nice booklet about Ritter and the staff, a cloth face mask, package of antibacterial hand wipes, nice notepad and pen, plus gift cards from Grub Hub, DQ, and Starbucks.
Well done and classy! Pretty rare for FMO/IMOs to do this for their agents but it shows a little respect for the people that bring in the apps.
