Large Business Questions...help!

That's for sure...After 11 years in this business (even though I don't do much health anymore), this is the most confusing and difficult to understand thing I've had to deal with professionally. I can't I imagine what it must be like for the ordinary business owner trying to deal with all this on their own...
 
Greg, unfortunately, a lot of them just winged it. A lot of them may be facing the $36,500/year/employee penalty because dropping insurance, sending employees to the exchange for a subsidy (and choice of their carrier/plan) and paying the non-subsidized portion was so attractive and seemed like the best thing to do.

Very few realized the repercussions, thousands of businesses did this, and that's just one simple example of a poorly-advised snafu.
