Life Insurance Above 70

my grandfather got aged above 70.he now wants to make insurance.is it possible to do?
he is also suffering with dangerous infection in lungs may die any time.

Life insurance past 70 is not impossible to do, as people buy all the time. It just costs more.

As far as the infection goes, that may keep him from being covered by anyone or put the premium near dollar premium for dollar benefit. You may be out of luck if his health is bad.

Now a quick question, do you have life insurance on yourself?

He can get it, but if it's a policy that requires underwriting/paramed, be prepared for a denial or a hefty rate-up.

If you want "cheap", you can try those policies like Alex Trebek is spokesman for - they're guaranteed-issue, but the policy amounts are usually limited ($100k max, for example) and cost more compared to underwritten policies.

He was above 80 in your previous post. I guess that 81 is still above 70 though.
