Who ever returns you call first and processes your credit card first.
Make sure you read a lot...there will be people against them but usually find some that actually talk good about them as well. You have to do your best to cipher through all of it.
Keep in mind some people will only consider it a good lead if the person is ready to sign when you walk in the door, and others think if the person only hangs up on you 3 times then it is a quality lead.
In the end everyone has their preference and regions vary in what method is more successful. Keep an open mind and read as much as you can.

Buy leads from multiple vendors and adjust who you buy from based on your selling experience with each.
does your lead vendor generate leads via organic search, ppc, email blast, affiliate agreements, etc..
