Looking for basic whole life policy for 26 year old

Available for all ages now.
Yeah, I know but I was talking about niches under age 40 that most FE companies ill not accept... For, example age 5 insulin dependent diabetic will be accepted on their 25/50/75/100 graded. COPD accepted level at any age.

I know. But it used to only be available for under age 40. It's available all ages,0-89, now.

What company can I use for a basic, easy issue whole life policy for a 26 year old that doesn't require a drivers license?
He's a smoker, but otherwise in good health. I usually go with MOO, but they require a DL number.

Just because a company asks for it doesn't mean they HAVE TO HAVE a driver's license.
