I'm going to be applying for a W2 position for telesales final expense, I have sales experience but that was about 10 - 11 years ago, since then I've done retail and blue collar work. Should I add the sales experience? Do I add everything I've done since then? Thanks in advance.
 
Add everything that applies for the position you want.
Agreed add all of the stuff that applies to the position and also included enough employement history to explain where you have been over the course of your career.

Also it is not uncommon to have multiple versions of your resume. One that you may have for W2 telesales position in insurance. One for a Outside sales rep for a newspaper, etc.

Whatever you do, please please please just do not use the term passionate. [IMO]
