With the questions you are asking, it does not appear that you have any insurance experience. The bottom in is, starting an insurance carrier won't happen, especially if you are on this form asking this question. Now if you were considering starting an insurance agency, that is another story.

If you're serious, why don't you start small and focused - overnight freight or cargo shipments. You might even consider working with some furniture stores to cover delivery.
