Final Expense Lists
Typically ages 60-75 with incomes $15k+/year. The income filter tends to be a bit unreliable because there is no accurate way to source it (mostly survey and educated guesses). The other thing that makes the income filter a little unreliable, especially with senior lists, is that the way the lists get aggregated is that if it doesn't have a value it will default to zero which means a lot of good prospects for both final expense and Medicare products are going to be listed in the 0-15k income filter, even if they're doing well for themselves.
Medicare Lists
Typically ages 67-78 (Frank Stastny method) with or without the income filter of $15k+/year.
Auto Lists
Drivers ages 25-55 with estimated FICO scores of 600 plus. The FICO estimation is optional so if your agency likes higher risk drivers, we don't have to filter them out that way.
Homeowners Lists
Also works great for auto, but this is typically married homeowners ages 25-55 living in single family dwelling units (houses). Can also do use estimated FICO scores to filter for preferred business.
Business Health Insurance Lists
With this list we're typically filtering for businesses based on size (1-4, 4-9, 10-19, 20-50, and up from there) and omitting franchises as well as either targeting by industry code ore omitting them (for example, excluding other insurance agencies).
Mortgage Protection or Term Insurance Lists
Typically this list will be married homeowners ages 28-48, but it can also include renters.
