Misdemeanor and Obtaining Insurance License

I have read through the Michigan law on insurance and didn't see anything that states as a reason for denial. Mainly all to do with insurance related crimes or revoked license, no felonies. I may be misunderstanding it though.

Because I keep seeing people on here saying doesn't matter if it's anything related to dishonesty they will deny it.

License you should be ok....appointments with carriers may be different. I am sure most will look past it but you will likely get turned down by a few.
