Business owners have a hard enough time just running their business. Now they'll have to keep this straight as well.

Agreed. The most challenging part for me as a broker is having to keep clients informed, which means a lot of communication, but at this time not a lot of substance or anything they can make long term decisions based on.

I am finding that just letting them know that we are in a continuously changing environment right now and as soon as something concrete is in place I will guide them on what it means to them and if they need to take action. A simple step, but they find it reassuring.
