Yes it is. Even the strong companies are pulling back. I guess its to be expected, alot of unknowns and interest rates so low.

That's OK I've decided that I am not placing anyone with them ages 0 to 55 1/2 and 56 to 85.
But they sure do answer the phones a lot faster lately... only to hear every other word.
