If someone is “new to Medicare” (part B) and they get a GI supplement plan, are those commissions still really low, or doesn't the commission change whether they’re new to part b or not?

If they are new to medicare it is OE reg commission Not GI

You have up to 6 months after the part B begins to sign under OE

New to Part B shouldn't be GI. It should be open enrollment which would mean full commission.
