Couple thoughts...

Like the design, layout, colors, etc. Looks good.

LOTS of text. Maybe more graphics - better text/graphics balance.

Sounds like your strength (and market niche) is the non-standard auto market. Could probably promote to the young driver and violations segments even harder.
