No one knows what to do to get compensation for my car

There's only one thing you can do to move this along. Get the engine fixed so the car is operable. Until you do that you can kvetch all you want but it won't get you anywhere and a lawyer won't be able to help you because nobody is doing anything wrong to you.

but yea that’s the plan now and the lawyer thing was my dads idea because i know there’s nothing that can be done to on it except fixing it. But I appreciate the help and advice
