Me too, bluediamond - I used to help people who ultimately didn't buy from me, but do not anymore. I can't work for free. As I told one gal (who was a friend of mine's mother), after she was a no-show for one appointment & then made me wait an hour at his house for the re-scheduled one, that I'm not a social worker. I knew she wasn't going to buy from me - I did it as a favor to him, since he always wants her to do business with me and he is a client of mine. But, I told him - there are some people (she's one of them), who either just want information & then go do it on their own, or have another agent & are just kicking tires. I can't waste my time.
