Hello all,
My client is looking for a plan for he and his wife. He's self-employed making 100k this year and needs a Cigna plan that his doctors at Wake Forest Baptist Health will accept. I found him a Cigna Connect plan on the marketplace but they don't take Cigna Connect. Also, the Cigna Connect plans only use Duke and WakeMed which are in Raleigh.
I called Cigna directly and spoke to someone in Broker support and she said she didn't see any plans in Chatham County at all.
Since I only sell MP plans and the agency I work for is based out of S Fl. I'm having a hard time finding a local Cigna agent in Chatham County.
Are any of you appointed with Cigna that can look up off-marketplace Cigna plans just to verify what the sales support person told me? It would be your sale completely as I can only sell MP plans.
