Have you thought about building an agency through a wholesaler like Superior Access or Insurance Noodle?

They are really good, if you do not mind waiting for quotes. SOmetimes there is a waiting time to quote or bind. If you are just starting though, they are a great asset.

Something about 75/25 split,10 K to start the Franchise,not too
shabby but out of my price range,they provide all the carriers
all the trimmings without the mandatory 3 year wait on some carriers.

10k to start? I hope you are not talking about Insurnace Noodle or Superior Access.
Superior Access is somthing like 100 a month, insurance noodle is one time fee of $200. Am I wrong?

Nah,.my bad it was Superior Access that charge 100 a mo and E and O goes around 1200-1500 annually,they only carry prefer companies
though no substandard carriers.
