I was told by MSN adcenter reps, that if you have submission forms such as quote forms you need to have a privacy policy listed on the pages with forms or a link to a privacy policy page on pages that have forms. Otherwise the ads will not be approved. I imagine many sites slip through the cracks. I was also told it was because of the lead companies. Users are pissed that 20 different agents are calling them after filling out quote forms.
