Problem with a Carrier

I was going off the rate sheet from the carrier Frank, they updated their rate sheet 5 days after the applications were signed, then are trying to retroactively apply the new rates to the applications they had already received, with first months premium check.

I didn't take the rates off a quote engine, I got them from the published rate sheet off the agent website. I always confirm the rates through the carrier before I take applications.

You are correct, that ain't right.

"If one goes into Best Buy and some employee has marked a flat screen TV, and the tag clearly states that the price is $59.95 and the actual price is $559.95, does anyone really think that Best Buy is going to let the customer walk out of the door with the TV and only have charged them $59.95?

That is totally illogical. ....."

I went into Best Buy in Dec. Saw a computer system marked $139.99, that was supposed to be $739.99. Bought it for $139.99.

Frank, we just like to bust your arrss because you are rarely wrong. That's the penalty for being so smart.
