I have a medicare supplement client that has a friend in a different state (California - Rancho Cucamonga). They are 67 with cancer. In my state she would be insurable (as long as she doesn't have ESRD) through Blue Cross. She would just have to pay a higher premium. Would there be a plan like that for her there? If so, I have a lead for you....Thanks.
