What was your average monthly production for the first couple of years starting your agency (I'm not snooping I just want to know what to expect)? Also, did you start out by yourself or did you have a team?
I plan to sell P&C and life products.... I understand it will be rough, I just want an idea of how rough!... I am in Indy and have been an employee of a captive agent 8+ years. I am now 26 and I want to do my own thing so I will be starting a independent agency. I plan to use a MGA until I establish a decent book. Any add'l direction or help (in additon to my questions) would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
