Questions About Broker of Record Change

Hi, I am new to the forum and I have real cases that I don't know how should I solve.

1. The insured wants to change broker of record but the current broker does not want to sign the letter because of [FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']ridiculous reasons.. [/FONT]

[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']2. The insured wants to change broker of record but cannot contact current broker because they "disappeared".[/FONT]

How much commission will you get for a BOR? Each carrier is different...Aetna for example in CA pays 0 commission but allows you to service it.
