to be fair, with the current state of the lead generation industry, there is not 1 company that is producing any good amount of legit leads...it is what it is...you either have to stop working them totally and find other areas for your $$ spend, or work enough of them that the 60-80% bad lead percentage does not matter for you (700-1000 leads a month or more).....it is also about how you are treated by the company in today's bad lead environment IMO....I can deal with a higher % of bad leads if they are credited quickly and the company treats me well....we will close enough of the 20-40% that are actually shopping to do just fine along with my direct mail, local advertising, referrals, and telemarketing
