It depends on what line of business, but whatever it is, it's better than 0 out of 130.
Either those leads are so poor they can't even really be called leads, or there is something very wrong on your end, or both.

What were they like when you spoke with them What did they say what was the objection specifically?
How does this compare to other lead you have recived?
